RATES

Mid-November - April  $750 per night. January, February, and March require full-month rentals.

May - Mid-November - $550 per night for a monthly rental.  The minimum rental is for 7 days at $1,500 per night. The price will decrease based upon the number of nights over 7 that the house is rented.

Additional fees include Pinellas County and Florida State taxes as required by law. This is the same tax of 13% that is required if you stay at a hotel or B&B. There is a $700 move-out cleaning fee and a $2,500 security deposit. Because you are booking directly with us, there is no booking fee.

Pool heating during January, February, and March is $750 per month.  Weekly pool heating is $200 per week.

The Pet Fee is $500 per pet with a limit of 2 pets. Dog breeds not permitted by our insurance company may not stay on the property. You will need to submit a picture of your pet(s) and breed information before your booking will be confirmed.

It is anticipated that the property will be maintained in a clean manner at all times. We are happy to provide contact information for our cleaning service

A 50% deposit of rent and all fees is due at booking. The balance is due in full 30 days prior to booking.

You may pay through Paypal or wire transfer. A copy of your driver's license is required at booking. Any fees generated by the payment method shall be the responsibility of the Tenant.

This booking cannot be canceled. Tenant shall remain liable for the entire booking cost. We strongly suggest that you purchase trip insurance to cover your investment. Travelinsurance.com is an aggregate website that will let you choose among many trip insurance providers and policies. If we can re-rent the property, the payment covering the re-rental period will be returned up to the amount paid for the re-rental period.

We will maintain the lawn and pool during your stay so there will be vendors on-site to maintain La Bella Vita Al Mare properly. We recommend that you have the house professionally cleaned at least once during each month of your stay so that there is not excessive cleaning at the end. It is anticipated that the cleaner will clean one set of sheets per bed used and one set of towels per person staying at our house. Cleaning the beach towels is the responsibility of the Tenant.
